1. Acceptance
By using Salah Khushu you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Salah Khushu helps you reduce distracting screen time through faith-based prompts, prayer times, Quran, and dhikr tools. Religious content is curated for accuracy; the app is a tool to support, not replace, your own knowledge and practice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is by phone number and a one-time code.
4. Subscriptions
Pro features are offered via subscription billed through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
5. Community conduct
Community features (e.g. du'a requests) must not be used for harmful, hateful, or unlawful content. We may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated estimates; verify locally where precision matters. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
